The device can be located in the inside of the workshop or in outdoor areas: The ingress protection against external influences is IP44 for the filtration unit and IP54 for the switchboard. The anti-corrosion protection is provided by a high-quality, two-component polyurethane coating. The protective canopy increases the resistance of the device; it is purely optional. The device is suitable for returning the filtered air mass back to the production area.
The control unit allows remote control of the set parameters by the manufacturer or servicing organisation. It evaluates the current pressure gain (the difference in air pressure between the inlet and outlet surfaces of the filter element) and automatically sets the necessary cleaning parameters and controls the entire cleaning cycle, including the display and evaluation of operating conditions.
A frequency converter ensures the smooth start-up of the fan.
The material of the filter elements is classified in category M (according to DIN EN 60335-2-69). By selecting the appropriate filter material and filter surface loading, the operating parameters can be optimised for the specific technology.
