The water separator is used for the extraction of solid pollutants of a dry granular and loose character generated during mechanical grinding of material (except Al, Mg). It can also be used in the industrial preparation of flammable and explosive powders (according to EU Legislation ATEX, Directive 2014/34 / EU, NV116 / 2016Sb Equipment of group II category 3D/G) or bulk materials (sieving, sorting, mixing, filling, etc.)

The extracted polluted air passes through the water charge and is cleaned in the baffle system. The resulting water chips trap pollutants, which are collected as sludge by special plates and discharged into the sludge tank. The dust-free air flows through the separator assemblies, where it gets rid of water droplets and exits the separator.
