Special thermal separation facility in Belarus

At the beginning of 2020, we delivered a special thermal separation workstation to our client based in Belarus. The material sectioning workbench offers a special solution of transversal separation along the length of the workbench, using electronically controlled flaps based on the position of the machine gantry and the machine burner.

This solution technically ensures the possibility of double-sided extraction with a guaranteed air volume for each gantry separately.

Medium-sized workbench, with dimensions of 5 x 16 metres, with a load capacity of 1800 kg/m²

• electronically controlled opening of pneumatic flaps
• transversal division, possibility of extracting both gantries, electronic control
• increased heat resistance of the workbench structure and individual pneumatic components

• installed summer/winter operation, controlled from the filtering device control unit
• filtration unit controlled upon the request of the firing machine
• filtration unit with a frequency converter ensuring the economical operation of the device
• remote diagnostics of the filtration unit allowing the remote detection and elimination of any problems
