Filtration accessories

In order to increase the lifetime of filter cartridges (especially for welding fumes), we recommend equipping the filtration units with precoating, i.e. a system of spraying the surface of filter cartridges or assemblies with finely ground limestone (CaCO3+MgCO3). It forms a layer on the surface of the filter element that absorbs the contaminating particles and is easily released and dropped into the dust container when cleaned with compressed air. In addition, it reduces the risk of ignition.

The plant consists of a hopper with loose ground limestone connected to a suction pipe. To facilitate suction, the limestone is swirled with compressed air at adjustable intervals.
