Extraction workbenches

They are designed for cutting the thickest materials, plasma cutting with a current of up to 550A (short-term up to 650A). Produced in widths of 1.5-6 m and in any length (0.5-m increments). The standard version is equipped with a plate catch that prevents pulling out during material handling by means of electromagnetic clamps.
Maximum load 2400 kg/m²
Maximum load (steel thickness) 300 mm
Section width 515 mm
Height 738 mm
Max. width 6124 mm
Max. length unlimited
  • Double channel design, with a width from 3124 mm.
  • Plates – optionally straight or serrated.
  • Mechanical workbench control as an option, with pneumatic (by means of a rail) or electro-pneumatic opening of the flaps.
  • Manual cleaning of the workbench.
  • Frontal connection of the workbench to the ventilation system; connection under the workbench is possible on request.
  • Compressed air piping is made of copper.
  • Plates: Thickness 12 mm, height 150 mm, pitch 250 mm.

Extraction workbenches (sectional material workbenches) represent the most effective solution to the problem of the working environment in thermal cutting of metals, their welding, soldering, grinding, etc. Polluted air does not spread around the workshop and is directly channelled into the filtration unit. Coarse impurities are separated and fall into the collection trays of the workbench.

The workbenches are designed for thermal cutting of metals by flame, plasma and laser. Only a limited space under the cut part is extracted, which significantly reduces the power requirements of the filtration unit and increases the extraction efficiency.
