Cyclone separators

Cyclone separators are used for the extraction and separation of solid pollutants of a fine and non-sticky nature from the carrier air mass. It rotates along the peripheral casing at high speed and the separation of solid particles occurs on the principle of a centrifuge. The separated solid impurities fall into the collection container.

On special request, a separator with an integrated fan can be supplied, which then serves as a separate filter element where a separation efficiency of up to 60% is sufficient.

The device is designed for ambient temperatures of -20 °C to +40 °C; the maximum temperature of the air entering the cyclone must not exceed +70 °C. A weather-proof canopy is recommended.
